NEW MUSIC: STAR PUPIL DEBUT TWO SINGLES
STAR PUPIL IS AN ALT-ROCK DUO COMPRISED OF THE GRAPE AND THE GRAIN BAND MEMBERS MO KELLY AND STEVEN MARKOTA.
Alternative Rock duo Star Pupil was formed in the Summer of 2017 in Kingston, New York by MO Kelly (Brothers Choice, JK Vanderbilt) and Steve Markota (Nightmares For A Week, Geezer). Both Kelly and Markota are also members of the rock group The Grape & the Grain.
The duo wrote and recorded a handful of songs at Nada Recording with producer John Naclerio (My Chemical Romance, Midtown, Brand New). Tobacco Lane/Beaten Dog are the first two singles issued by the band and is available October 8th, 2019 on all streaming platforms.
